1.Data Controller
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Nur-Par Oto Yedek Parça Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Nur-Par" or the "Company") acting as data controller, within the scope described below.
2.Personal Data Processed
Depending on the nature of your commercial relationship with our Company, the following categories of personal data may be processed:
- Identity data: name-surname, Turkish ID number / tax ID number, signature
- Contact data: address, phone number, e-mail address
- Customer transaction data: order, current account, invoice, dispatch note, collection and return records
- Financial data: bank account/IBAN details, payment records (credit card details are not stored by our Company; online payments are processed through banks' secure virtual POS infrastructure)
- Transaction security data: B2B order portal username, IP address, login records
- Legal transaction data: records relating to judicial/administrative proceedings in the event of a dispute
3.Purposes of Processing
- Receiving, evaluating and concluding dealership and membership applications
- Carrying out order, sales, dispatch and return processes
- Managing current accounts, invoicing and collection transactions
- Creating and managing B2B order portal accounts and ensuring information security
- Handling requests and complaints, conducting communication activities
- Fulfilling obligations arising from tax, commercial and other legislation
- Pursuing legal proceedings and protecting the Company's rights
4.Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Processing being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
- Processing being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç)
- Processing being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e)
- Processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f)
- Your explicit consent where none of the above applies (Art. 5/1)
5.Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to and proportionate with the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the following recipient groups:
- Authorised public institutions and bodies (tax offices, courts, enforcement offices, etc.)
- Banks and payment institutions (virtual POS payment transactions)
- Cargo and logistics companies (dispatch processes)
- Suppliers, business partners and group companies, to the extent required by the service
- IT infrastructure, software and hosting service providers
As a rule, your personal data is processed and stored within Türkiye; should a transfer abroad become necessary, the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK will be observed.
6.Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected through our website and B2B order portal, e-mail, telephone, physical forms and documents issued within the commercial relationship, by partially automated, automated or non-automated means.
7.Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purposes and, in any case, for the limitation and retention periods stipulated in the applicable legislation (for example, up to 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Tax Procedure Law No. 213); at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8.Your Rights under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to our Company you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result arising against you from analysis made exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
9.How to Apply
You may submit your requests regarding the rights above, together with documents verifying your identity and in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to Sevgi Mah. 902 Sk. No:8, PK: 35410 Gaziemir / İzmir, Türkiye or by e-mail to nurpar@nur-par.com. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature.
10.Cookies and Local Storage
Non-essential cookies run only with your explicit consent. Unless you select "Accept" in the cookie notice shown on your first visit, no analytics cookie is placed on your device and no request is sent from your browser to Google. Advertising, profiling and remarketing cookies are not used under any circumstances.
Essential local storage (no consent required). Your theme preference (light/dark) and your cookie choice are stored only on your device in your browser's local storage (localStorage); they are not transmitted to our servers and not shared with third parties.
Analytics cookies (subject to explicit consent). If you consent, we run Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-R20VRTYVQY) to understand how the site is used and to improve our content.
- Cookies placed:
_gaand_ga_R20VRTYVQY— both expire automatically after 2 years. - Data processed: pages you visit, session duration and interactions, the source that referred you to our site, device and browser information, approximate location (derived from your IP address; Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address).
- Legal basis: your explicit consent under Art. 5/1 of the KVKK. Declining does not affect your use of the site in any way.
- Transfer: Data may be processed on the servers of our service provider Google located outside Türkiye. This transfer relies on your explicit consent under Art. 9 of the KVKK. For Google's practices, see the Google Privacy Policy.
Map. The map in the contact section is provided by Google Maps; when the map is displayed, Google may apply its own cookie and privacy policies (see the Google Privacy Policy).
